I've led fundraising initiatives from scratch, rebuilt broken systems, and led through significant crises. I've helped raise over $1 billion and non of it started with theory.

It started in post-apartheid South Africa, where  I founded a grassroots nonprofit. It was the kind of work that demanded everything. And it gave me everything in return: grit, clarity, and the unshakable belief that thriving organizations require thriving leaders.

Since then, I've worked alongside changemakers globally to launch bold visions, re-energize boards, and make high-impact giving feel human again.
